It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Von Eva Morrison Anthony (Cherryville, North Carolina), born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on December 15, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Howard Anthony; her children, Bobby Anthony and Kathy Rudisill; her grandchildren, Wendy Cain and Tyler Anthony; and her siblings, Tom Morrison, Russell Morrison, Clara Green, Viola Beattie and Mary McSwain.
She is survived by: her children, Judy McSwain (J. R.) of Cherryville, Patty Cain (Randy) of Lincolnton and Wayne Anthony (Amy) of Cherryville. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
