She was predeceased by: her father Larry Joe "Joey" Davis. She is survived by: her mother Susan Carswell Davis of Lawndale; her husband Jeff Newton; her stepchildren, Amanda Newton Parton (Blayne) of Bryson City and Lee Newton (Jessica) of Shelby; her brother Joel Davis of Lincolnton; and her grandchildren, Waya, Bryce, Brooklyn, Molly Parton and Sophia Newton.
