He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Chezem and Juanita Franklin Stephens; and his siblings, Betty Leonhardt, June Gouch and Bruce Chezem.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy "TJ" Chezem, Jr. (Mindy) and Lyndee Chezem (Shane Clinton); his brothers, Robbie Chezem and Roger Bratcher; his brother-in-law James Kevin Leonhardt; his grandchildren, Zack Kent, Harmonie Kent, Aurora Clinton, Xzavier Clinton, Layla Chezem, Gracelynn Chezem, Willow Chezem, Carlee Chezem and Brody Chezem; and his aunts, Donie Brooks, Jan Myers and Ruby Heatley.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Church of God of Lincolnton (1435 Riverview Rd, Lincolnton, NC 28092). A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
