She was predeceased by: her former husband Herbert Morris "Bert" Hickson, III. She is survived by: her parents, Charlie Grant and Barbara Grant; her husband Robert Lee "Robbie" Willis, Jr.; her children, Jessica Hickson of Cherryville, Macie Deaton (Brandon) of Shelby, Justin Hickson (Brooke) of Lincolnton and Matt Willis (Kelli) of Shelby; her grandchildren, Jayden Adams, Emery Adams, Renlee Deaton and Jacob Howze; and her sister Lisa Burchfield of Gastonia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many special friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the First Baptist Church (301 E 1st St, Cherryville, NC 28021). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
