She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Pete and Mary Hallman. She is survived by: her parents, Steve Mayhew and Tammy Hallman Mayhew; her sister Jessica Mayhew Carpenter of Shelby; her niece Carly Carpenter (Michael Tate) of Forest City; and her grandparents, Carolyn Mayhew of Lincolnton, Jim and Mary Mayhew of Lattimore.
