He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hugh Beam and Kathleen Stroupe Beam; and his sister Kathryn Shidal. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Taylor Beam; his children, Aubie Beam (Frankie) of Cherryville, Chuck Beam (Susan) of Cherryville and Renee B. Rhodes (Larry) of Cherryville; and his sister Anne Anthony of Cherryville. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
