He was predeceased by: his parents, David Kelly Ramsey and Louise Margaret Huffman Ramsey; his grandson Jebediah Bumgarner; and his sister Jane Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Gay Dellinger Ramsey; his children, Michael Ramsey of Cherryville, Rhonda Ballard (Kent) of Cherryville, Sylvia Heavner (Kevin) of Cherryville and Wendy Holt (Curtis) of Cherryville; and his siblings, Kelly Ramsey of Florida, Roger Ramsey of Lincolnton, Bruce Ramsey of Florida, Ginger Ramsey of Dallas and Linda Lovelace of Dallas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
