He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Watson Lofton, Jr. and Ethel Roselle Greene Lofton; and his brother Thomas "Tommy" Lofton. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lawrence Lofton; his sons, David Wayne Lofton (Shelly) and Eric Blaine Lofton (Amy); his sister Sandra Lofton; his grandchildren, Brittany, Devin (Kara), Dylan, Erica (Noah), Andrew and Landon; and his great grandchild Lawson.
