He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Martin and Angie Laura Kelly Mitchell of Six Mile; and his siblings, Etrulia Edney (Doyle), Waymon, Leland (Lorraine), Paul, Donald and Franklin (JoAnn).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Johnson Mitchell; his children, Debra Mitchell Charles (Ken) of Townville, SC and Neal A. Mitchell (Kelly) of Gastonia; his grandsons, Cameron Mitchell (Chelsy) and Bryton Mitchell (Tillie) of Gastonia; his great grandchildren, Annabelle and Aiden Mitchell of Gastonia; his brother Lloyd Mitchell (Marie) of Six Mile, SC; and his sister-in-law Jeanette Mitchell of Six Mile, SC..
Those in attendance are requested to wear face coverings and practice social distancing.
