He is survived by: his children, Ed Bowman (Felicia), Michael Bowman (Lori), Charles Webb (Cindy) and Sandy Dillingham (Larry); his daughter-in-law Melany Bowman; his partner Shirley Blankenship; his grandchildren, Lauren Henderson (Mike), Mark Bowman, Jonathan Bowman, Natalie Ramsey (Josh), Chase Webb, Melissa Church, Megan Benfield and Mariah Smith; his aunt Betty Page Blackwell; his siblings, Darrell Bowman (Rita), Karen Goodman and Brenda Moon; and his pet Lilly. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Carpenter Porter Funeral & Cremation Services (1100 E Main St, Cherryville, NC 28021). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
