He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Gary Simpson of Cherryville and Jane White Simpson of Cherryville; his siblings, Dr. Jonathan Simpson of Miami Beach, Florida, Dr. Andrew Simpson (Kali) of Mt. Holly, Jennifer Cadwallader (Craig) of Raleigh and Sara Jane Calhoun (Casey Calhoun) of Charleston, SC; and his nieces and nephews, Hailey Grace, Emma Kate Cadwallader, Carter and Keaton Calhoun.
