She was predeceased by: her parents, Coley William Woods and Margaret Sisk Woods; her husband J. D. Bumgardner; her daughter Cassie Bumgardner; her grandsons, Alex and Isaiah Vazquez; and her siblings, Cynthia Woods, Scott, Doug and David Woods.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark McSwain (Sonja) and Kevin McSwain (Jamie); her sister Jane Arrowood of Cherryville; her grandchildren, Zeb, Hunter, Macey, Gauge, Matthew and Kelssie; and her great grandchildren, Lucas, King and Mason. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
