It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nora Belle McIntyre of Cherryville, North Carolina, who passed away on June 2, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bergin Hollifield and Nellie Stroupe Hollifield; and her siblings, Ben Hollifield, Mike Hollifield and Barbara Hensley.
She is survived by: her daughter Holly Roten (Josh) of Jefferson; her grandchildren, Lila Katherine Roten, Lawson Kendrick Roten and Lena Kaye Roten; and her siblings, Wayne Hollifield (Shirley) of Lincolnton, Norma "Decia" Winkler of Granite Falls, Kaye Craven (Charlie) of Charlotte, Tony Hollifield of New Mexico and Roger Hollifield (Sue) of Oak Island. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
