He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Gwen Adams and Artie Mae Adams; his wife Virginia Dare Adams; his son Gary Price Adams; and his sisters, Doris Adams Mason and Janice Adams Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Pfeifer (Eric) of Cherryville, Charlotte Thore (Chris) of Mooresville, Renee Crane (David) of Cherryville, Joel Adams, Jimmy Adams (Hellen) of Iron Station and Tony Adams (Deedee) of Bessemer City; and his brother R. L. Adams of Stanley. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; over 100 foster children; and numerous other beloved relatives, in-laws, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you give out of your heart to something you love as Morris always did and as the Lord would lead you.
