He was predeceased by: his father Luther Kiser. He is survived by: his wife Linnie Laws Kiser; his children, Bill Tilley (Leeanne), Chad Kiser, Shar Kiser and Ashley Kiser; and his niece Melenda Osbourne. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
