She was predeceased by: her parents, John Simpson and Brite Elizabeth White Simpson; her husband Jerry Kenneth Shull, Sr.; her daughter Brenda Kay Shull; and her siblings, Ralph, Cone, Max, Jerry, Forrest, Ken Simpson, Edna Simpson Fourshee and Annalee Simpson Moody.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Ann Shull and Jerry Kenneth Shull Jr. (Roxanne Reynolds); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Shull (Quinton Hollar), Johnny Reynolds Jr. and Bayleigh Smith; her great grandchildren, Dominic Reynolds and Dimaggio Reynolds; and her great great grandchildren, Braylon Reynolds and Amilya Howze.
