Laura Key Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Key (Cherryville, North Carolina), born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on February 7, 2025, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Rick Ford and Gail Ford of Lincolnton; her husband Brian Key; her children, Gracie Mosteller (Aaron) and Chase Key (Sydney); her granddaughter Ophelia Honey Mosteller of Lincolnton; her sisters, Susan Moss (Mark) of Cherryville and Mary Tucker (Tim) of Raleigh; and her parents-in-law, Rev. Wayne Key and Cathy of Lincolnton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many special friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 178 Key Farmstead Ln, Lincolnton, NC 28092. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church (112 Mt Zion Church Rd, Cherryville, NC 28021).
