He was predeceased by: his parents, June Neal and Lizzie Hubbard Neal; and his sister Minnie Lovelace. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Richards Neal; his children, Ronald Wallace (Sandra), Donnie Wallace, Heidi Neal and Jennifer Hoyle (Mark); and his pets, Bingo Lulu, Baby Girl Lily, Humble, Tootie, African and Robin. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
