It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Perry of Cherryville, North Carolina, who passed away on October 19, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Lovelace and Jenny Grace Bivens Lovelace; her husband Steve Perry; and her son Brint Thompson. She is survived by: her daughter Deana Scism (David) of Cherryville; her grandchildren, Jordan Robinson and Julie Scism; her sister Carolyn Verley (Mike) of Cherryville; her niece Jenny Verley; and her sister-in-law Kaye Dobbins of Shelby.
