He is survived by: his wife Kim Daves Cook; his children, Kristen Cook Watts (Clint Watts) and Benjamin James Lastra (Dora Robson Lastra); and his grandchildren, Kasen Watts, Savannah Lastra, Everlee Lastra, Ashlyn Watts and Robson Lastra.
