He was predeceased by: his parents, William Holland and Mamie Mitchem Holland; and his wife Brenda Faye Holland. He is survived by: his children, Joe Billy Holland, Jr. (Lori) of Kings Mountain, Cindy Burgin (Tim) of Cherryville and Mellisa Mauney of Kings Mountain; his grandchildren, Lindsey Jo Watts (Jonathan), Katie Holland, Linze Thompson, Austin Mauney and Sydney Burgin; and his great grandchildren, Eliza Thompson, Aurora Mauney and Hudson Watts.
