He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Aldridge and Barbara Jean Benfield Leigh; his stepfather George Leigh; his wife Tana Jo Aldridge; his sister Sherri Garbo; his grandson Stone Murray; and his great grandchild Liam Murray.
He is survived by: his children, Courtney Aldridge (Taylor Harris) of Wingate, Sunshine Murray of Shelby, Micheal Stewart of Eden and Shannon Murray of Shelby; his siblings, Ricky Aldridge of Shelby, Karen Kendrick (Robby) of Shelby and Kimberly White (Mark) of Mooresville; his grandchildren, Stevie Murray, Everleigh Bridges, Cassidy Beaver, Sage Stewart, Liam Harris and T. J. Harris; and his great grandchildren, Emmarie Beason and Christopher Beason.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home (846 E Stage Coach Trail, Lawndale, NC 28090). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel (846 E Stage Coach Trail, Lawndale, NC 28090).
