He was predeceased by: his father Franklin Delano Schrum, Sr.; and his father-in-law Jack Conaway, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Sherri; his daughters, Jennifer Schrum (Dave Schaub) of Pickerington and Janna Forquer (Jonathan Forquer) of Lancaster, Ohio; his grandchildren, Graham, Keegan Forquer, Ellison and Finley Schaub; his mother Naomi Schrum (Howard Smith) of St. Clairsville, Ohio; and his siblings, Judy Gautschi (Larry) of St. Clairsville, Linda Schrum (Jason Blair) of Estero, FL, Franklin Schrum Jr. (Marilyn) of Findlay, OH and James Schrum (Dana) of St. Clairsville, OH. He is also survived by other loving family members and countless friends.
