She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ruben Carr and Mattie Dudgeon Carr; her husband Robert Bell; and her children, Lori Bullard (John) of Cherryville and Kurt Bell (Elizabeth) of Tennessee. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
