It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Sipe of Cherryville, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on July 16, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ray and Edith Dellinger Sipe; his wife Hazel Bernice Turner Sipe; and his son-in-law Alan Foster. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Foster, Harold "David" Sipe, Jr. (Sheila) and Alan Sipe (Janine); his grandchildren, Mindy Foster, Delana Ferguson (Alex), Cassandra Sipe, Jessica Sipe and Paige Sipe; his great grandchildren, Ethan Ferguson and Ansley Ferguson; and his siblings, Jack Sipe, Betty Carpenter, Nellie White and Glenda Craig.
