She is survived by: her children, Daniel Plummer, Jr. and Amanda Buchanan (Brian); her stepdaughters, Miranda Koontz and Brooke Koontz; her husband Rick Koontz; her brothers, Bill Evans and Rick Evans (Karen); her sister-in-law Ann Evans; and her grandchildren, Kaylie Plummer, Jaycie Plummer, Brady Buchanan, Chloe Buchanan and Madalyn Boothe.
