He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pinkney Wilson Sr. and Virginia Blanton Wilson. He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Enloe, Betty Jean Overcash, Katie Bell and Harold Wilson; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Matthew McFarland, Dawson Wilson, Zoie Fisher, Payton Wilson and Madison Bryant.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his honor to St. Jude's Children's hospital.
