He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Robert and Candice Vera McGinnis Hallman; and his brother Joe Billy Hallman. He is survived by: his wife Libby Hallman; his children, Suzanne Wallace, Paige Green (Jason), Blake Hallman (Wendy) and Lance Hallman; his sister Pamela Ratchford (David); his grandchildren, Jordan Lyles, Payne Wallace, Chandler Green, Clay Hallman, Kelsey Hallman, Kayla Hallman and Patrick Hallman; his great grandchildren, Ella Grace Lyles and Macklin Hallman; and his sister-in-law Mary Frances Shelby.
