It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garry Aldridge of Cherryville, North Carolina, born in Crossnore, North Carolina, who passed away on August 26, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Stokes Aldridge and Ruth Smith Aldridge; his former wife Dr. Alicia Aldridge; and his brothers, Tom and Mike Aldridge.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Aldridge; his sons, Devon Carl Aldridge (Andrea) and James Darin Aldridge (Brooke); his grandchildren, Abby and Aaron Aldridge; the mother of his children Zillia Aldridge; his brother Dennis Aldridge (Cindy); and his caregiver Faye Gayton. He is also survived by his stepchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
