He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Heavner and Sarah Willa Brown Heavner; his wife Charlotte Delane Beam Heavner; his daughter Wendy Heavner Meadows; and his siblings, David Philip Heavner Jr., Carl Heavner, Ruby Heavner, Shirley Heavner Carroll and Daisy Bell Heavner Kern.
He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Hamrick (Wray); his grandchildren, Lyndsey Richard, David, Cole Hamrick and Caleb Roberts; his brothers, Claude Heavner (Jenny), Pete Heavner and Tommy Heavner (Patsy); his brother-in-law Larry Beam; and his pet Lucy.
