He was predeceased by: his parent Jessie Harris. He is survived by: his parent Lillie Harris; his wife Joyce McHone Harris; his children, Franklin D. Harris Jr. (Anita), Frankie Martin, Angela Martin and Frances Lay (Wayne); and his sister Alice Fulp. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
