With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Elizabeth McKee (Cherryville, North Carolina), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Elizabeth may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Elizabeth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Watsie Pitchford and Bessie Morehead Pitchford; her husband Plato Hugh McKee; and her brother Russell Pitchford. She is survived by: her sister Donnis Pitchford; her sister-in-law Gerry Berry (Vern); her nephew Robert Pitchford (Gina); and her great-nephews, Troy and Jack Pitchford.
