She was predeceased by: her husband Warren Ted Leonhardt; and her siblings, Robert "Bob" Huss and Helen Huss Mullis. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Leonhardt Tallent (late Gene), Becky Leonhardt Engle (Ronnie) and Steve Leonhardt (Vivette); her grandchildren, Teddi Neal (Charles) and Ronald Leonhardt (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Seth, Ryan, Jessie Neal, Bessie Leonhardt White (Preston) and Chase Leonhardt; and her caregivers, Nancy Rudisill, Doretha McClain and Dot. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethphage Lutheran Church 4060 N.C. Hwy. 182 Lincolnton, or Hospice of Cleveland County, 951 Wendover Heights Drive of Shelby, N.C. 28150.
