She was predeceased by: her father Darrell Hicks; and her husband Jerry Dellinger. She is survived by: her mother Lena Tugman Hicks of Boone; her siblings, Daphne Sanclimenti of Boone, John (Joan Hicks), Jannette Barkley of Cherryville, Joane (Lee Phillips), Darlene (Jess Colvard) and Wayne (Sandy Hicks); and her stepson Scott (Wanda Dellinger). She is also survived by 3 step-grandsons; a step-great-granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews.
Burial will be private. Due to COVID-19 regulations, social distancing and face coverings will be observed.
