He is survived by: his wife Mary Carr Randall; his children, Crystal Baugham and Charles Lucas; his brothers, Tony (Kathy Randall), Kenny (Sherry Randall) and Doug (Jo Randall); his grandchildren, Addison Randall, Cameron Lingerfelter, Bryson Baugham, Skylar Baugham, Jaxon Lucas and Andrew Lucas; and his great grandchild Leon Strawn.
