He was predeceased by: his mother Diane Hendrick Black; and his sister Kim Minowicz. He is survived by: his wife Angela Edwards Black; his daughter Emily Black; his father Larry Black of Shelby; his brother-in-law Tommy Minowicz; his niece Katie Minowicz; and his nephew Zach Minowicz of Shelby.
