She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Norwood and Bertie Ramsey Norwood; and her husband Irvin Edward Russ, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Garry Russ (Diane) and Charmaine Laney (Roger) of Cherryville; her granddaughter Mandy Russ Owensby; her stepgrandsons, Jason and Chris Laney; her great grandchild Ivy Owensby; and her stepgreat-grandsons, Ben, Jacob, Gannon, Ellis and Henry Laney. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
