It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chrisley Dorsey Jr. of Cherryville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 18, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chrisley Dorsey, Sr. and Alma Tutherow Dorsey; his former wife Patricia Reep Dorsey; and his siblings, James Dorsey, June Leonhardt, Louise Henderson, Geneva Schronce, Edna Joyce Dorsey, Alberta Taylor and Caleen Hawkins.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Mauldin Carpenter Dorsey; his children, Chrisley Dorsey, III (Angela) of Fallston, Nicole Stines (Chris) of Vale, Miranda Carpenter Spangler (Greg) of Shelby and Laura Hamrick of Cherryville; his grandchildren, Brandon Stines (Sarah), Drew Dorsey, Troy, Collins Spangler and Hennessie Hamrick; his siblings, William "Bill" Dorsey of Catawba County, Shelby Ellis of Lenoir, Rosilee Shuford and Mary Lee Smith of Rocky Mount; his brother-in-law Don Mauldin of Lincolnton; and his nephew Ty Mauldin.
