Cheryl Helgestad Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2021, at the age of 63, Cheryl Helgestad of Cherryville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Eugene and Zeta Whisnant Coleman; her husband Alfred John Helgestad, Jr.; and her siblings, Leland, Roger Coleman and Deborah Coleman Curlee.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Sanders (Richard) of Cherryville, Stephanie Garrett (Cliff) of Garner and Jade Helgestad of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Austin Bridges, Cassandra Bridges, Serenity Bridges and Ramsey Garrett; and her pet Link. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
