He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Collins and Katie Collins; and his siblings, Floyd Collins, Sheila Nalley and Pam Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Robbie Collins (Lori) of Forest City, NC and Jason Collins of Forest City, NC.; and his sisters, Carolyn Johnson (Danny) of Shelby, NC and Judy Short (Phil) of Shelby, NC.. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren 4 Step Grandchildren and numerous Great Grandchildren.
