He was predeceased by: his parents, Rome Mitchell Fox and Hazel Cathryn Dellinger Fox. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hall Fox; his sons, Lynn Fox of Cherryville, Shane Fox of Cherryville and Brice, Jr. (Robin) of Cherryville; his grandchildren, Seth Fox, Dalton Fox and Leanna Bryce Fox; and his siblings, Kathryn Price of Sarasota, Florida, Homer Fox of Mobile and John Fox of Statesville.
