He is survived by: his wife Barbara Canipe Wylie; his daughters, Robin Mitchem (Carrol) of Vale and Sha Parsons (David) of Vale; his sister Terry Ann Mathis of Crouse; his grandchildren, Nikki Hull (Jeremy) of Vale, John David Parsons (Ashley) of Statesville, Adam Parsons (Kristen) of Lincolnton and Rebecca Landers (Ezekiel) of Hamilton, Alabama; and his great grandchildren, EmmaKate Hull, Ellie Hull, Grayson Parsons and Banner Parsons.
