She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Ledbetter and Elsie Meacham Ledbetter; her husband Lawrence Herman "Larry" McGinnis; her daughter Kim McGinnis; and her brother Don Ledbetter.
She is survived by: her son Tony McGinnis (Mary Lane) of Knoxville, TN; her siblings-in-law, Morris McGinnis (Jacque) of Cherryville and Carol Ledbetter of Blowing Rock; her grandchildren, Lindsey Cartee (Doug Hetrick), John McGinnis (Tarin), Lauren Cartee Carnes (Ben), Valerie McGinnis and Amy McGinnis; and her nieces, Sabrina McGinnis, Kendra McGinnis and Gina Ledbetter Harwood. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
