With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Beam of Cherryville, North Carolina, born in Shelby, North Carolina, who passed away on August 9, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Durham Canipe and Vera McMahan Hoyle; and her brothers, Jimmy Durham Canipe and Kenneth Ray Walker. She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Graham (LeeAnne), Russell Hoyle (Robin), Scott Hoyle, Candace Hoyle (Kevin Stafford) and Eddie Hoyle (Gerri); and her sister Mary Christine Blanton. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Marks Lutheran Church, 1203 St Marks Church Rd, Cherryville, NC 28021.
