She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Carr and Florence Irene Kiser Harrelson; her husband George Foster; her daughter Melody Danette Foster Trakas; her grandsons, Charles Manning Trakas (Michael David Jenkins) and FaceTime; her daughter Sydney Jenkins (Stan Jenkins) of Chapel Hill; and her grandsons, Charles Trakas of Honolulu and Michael Jenkins of Winter Garden, Florida..
