He was predeceased by: his parents, William Andrew Powell, Sr. and Ellen Lillian Peeler Powell. He is survived by: his friend Braves; his wife Deborah "Debbie" Fortenberry Powell; his children, Andrew E. Powell (Jodi) of Belwood and Katie Powell Belflower (Jeff) of Sunshine; and his grandchildren, Luke, Lila Powell and Henry Belflower.
The family will not be present during this time due to Covid-19.
