He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Jefferey Doster (Dare Hathcock) of Shelby and Robert Daryl Doster (Karen) of Shelby; his siblings, Jim, John Doster, Linda Powell and Betty Booth; his grandchildren, Jennifer and Sam McAbee; his great grandchildren, Paige of Lake, Matt, Cortney Doster, Lucas of Kings Mountain, Kimmie, Austin Heatherly of Casar, Jennifer Thomas of Charlotte, Corey and Jessica Doster; and also, Eli Lail, Austyn Doster of Boiling Springs, Cassidy Doster and Austin Harrison of Shelby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
