He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Wilburn and Edna Cline Wiggins; and his siblings, H. J. Wiggins (Chuck) and Dorothy Wiggins. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Wiggins of Cherokee, Ted Wiggins of Bryson City, Shirley Parker (Dennis) of Jacksonville and Vickie Wiggins of Bryson City; and his aunts, Amanda Davis of Ohio, Tela King of Georgia and Carmen Cline of Bryson City. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Judes Research Hospital.
