She was predeceased by: her parents, Cam Sneed and Minda Sneed of Cherokee; and her husband Col. David. She is survived by: her children, Earle C. Dixon (Rosamond Dixon) of Cherokee and Pegge M. Dixon of Leicester; her grandson Matthew D. Hollifield of Asheville; and her siblings, Carrie, Ernest, Pokie, Patrick, Claudie, Marie, Sonny, Hooter and Priscilla.
