He was predeceased by: his father Robert McKinnell; his cousin Christopher Parker of Okeechobee, FL; his great-aunts, Edwina Lambert, Henrietta Lambert and Pamela Crowe of Cherokee; his uncle Clarence Welch of Cherokee; and his great-grandparents, Henry Lambert, Junior Wright of Cherokee, Iva Lee Wright of Cherokee and Lottie Tiger Huff of Okeechobee, FL..

He is survived by: his mother "Kandee" Parker of Cherokee, NC; his brother Joshua Lanning; his uncle Robert "Bo" Parker (Van); his aunts, Kayla and Kaitlyn Wright; his cousin Jackson Parker; and his grandparents, Deetra Huff (Allen) and Benjamin Wright (Dianne). He is also survived by numerous great aunts, great uncles, cousins and friends.
